OUR TEAM

We are an organization based in Cocoa Florida USA, comprised of a team of young individuals who have demonstrated passion and persistence with a love for the cause. The majority of our management team come from local rural and indigenous communities inside the reserve.

The president of our organization is a woman of ethnic decent and local Nicaraguan nationality. By supporting our organization, you are supporting a minority, ethnic, gender equal organization that truly represents the people and the biodiversity within our 4-Reserves.

Although we are a young organization, many of our staff have been with us for over 5 to 10-years, some started as young as 17 and today have earnt Directors title and responsibility.

Each individual team member brings with them a set of skills and talent that together make our organization function efficiently and effectively.
